Terms & Conditions
This page is maintained by Tiny Tidy (the “Supplier”, “we”, “us”) and sets out the terms on which we provide cleaning services to you (the “Customer”). By making a booking, dropping off an item or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

1.Bookings & quotes
All bookings made online, by email, phone or SMS are treated as a request for service. A booking is confirmed once we have replied to confirm the date, item(s) and price. Quotes are valid for 14 days and may be revised if the item presented differs materially from what was described at booking.
2.Drop-off & pickup
Drop-offs are by appointment at our Bayswater 6053 workshop. Pickup & delivery is offered across the Perth metro area for an additional fee, quoted with your booking.
Please remove personal belongings (toys, snacks, valuables) before handing the item over. We’re not responsible for items left inside prams, car seats or other gear.
3.Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days from the time we receive the item, weather permitting (fabrics are air-dried). We’ll let you know as soon as your gear is ready.
4.Pricing & discounts
Prices are in Australian Dollars and listed on our website. Multi-item bookings receive $10 off the total at checkout when two or more items are cleaned in the same order. Pickup & delivery, heavy-soil treatment and parts replacement (if required) are quoted separately.
5.Payment
Payment is taken when your clean is finished, before pickup or delivery. We accept card, cash or PayID. Items remain our responsibility while in our workshop and your responsibility once collected or delivered.
6.Cancellations & rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel a booking free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed pickup appointments may incur a $20 fee to cover travel and scheduling. We’ll always try to work with you first.
7.Cleaning method & results
All cleaning methods are chosen in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Car seat harnesses are never submerged, in line with safety standards. We use baby-safe, non-toxic cleaning products throughout.
We will always do our best to remove stains, odours and marks, but cannot guarantee complete removal of set-in stains, mould, dye transfer, sun damage, ink, paint or similar damage. Where a stain cannot be fully removed we’ll let you know.
8.Pre-existing damage
We inspect each item on arrival and may photograph any pre-existing wear, tears, broken parts, stitching damage, fading or rust. Cleaning may make this pre-existing damage more visible. Tiny Tidy is not liable for damage that existed before the clean.
9.Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a clean is limited, at our option, to either re-performing the service or refunding the amount you paid for that service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any damage caused by a manufacturer’s defect, prior repair, or misuse of the item.
10.Uncollected items
Once your gear is ready we’ll contact you to arrange collection or delivery. Items not collected within 30 days of being ready, and after reasonable attempts to contact you, may be disposed of or donated at our discretion.
11.Photos & marketing
We may take before/after photos of your item for quality records and, occasionally, for social media. Photos never include people, faces, identifying details or your personal information. Let us know at drop-off if you’d prefer we don’t share yours publicly.
12.Privacy
We collect only the details needed to take and fulfil your booking (name, contact details, suburb/address, item details). We don’t sell your data, and we only share it with service providers strictly necessary to run the business (e.g. payment processing). To request access, correction or deletion of your details, call 04 04 500 365.
